1. Order Processing
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the same day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
  • Operation Days: We process orders and operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Fees
  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM8 flat rate.
  • East Malaysia: RM16 flat rate.
3. Delivery Time
  • Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.
  • East Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
4. Free Shipping

Orders over RM130 qualify for free shipping. The free shipping offer is valid for both Peninsular and East Malaysia.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

    6. Delivery Address

    Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    7. Failed Delivery Attempts

    Our delivery partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

    8. Missing or Damaged Items

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are missing or damaged items, contact us within 48 hours to report the issue.

    9. Customs and Duties

    Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon international shipments.
